Sales and Shipping

- Customers can choose to pay using a PayPal account, or using a credit card via PayPal’s secure payment gateway.
- Customers may select and view their order value in multiple currencies for convenience; however, all orders are processed, charged, and settled exclusively in Australian dollars (AUD). Any currency conversion displayed is provided for reference only and may vary based on exchange rates and payment provider calculations at the time of purchase.
- All products are shipped from Perth, Western Australia.
- Estimated shipping times are displayed at checkout. Please note that actual delivery may occasionally fall outside these estimates due to factors such as carrier delays or delivery to remote locations.
Warranty and Returns
All products include a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers electronics failure under normal use. The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
- Damage caused by external factors such as power surges and accidents.
- Damage sustained during shipping or transit, including cosmetic or physical damage caused by handling by the carrier.
Our products are designed for lawful, personal use only. Any other misuse, including overclocking, tampering, or failure to adhere to the Product Safety guidelines provided with the product will void the warranty.

GreenBit App
The GreenBit app enables users to connect to pre-configured mining pools to facilitate ease-of-use mining with their GreenBit device(s). We have carefully selected pools that we believe align with the core principles of Bitcoin, with an emphasis on decentralisation, fairness and minimal fees. However, as these mining pools are independently operated and maintained, and are not affiliated with GreenBit Technology, we assume no responsibility for:
- Details or changes related to mining fees.
- Any downtime or service interruptions of the mining pools.
- Technical issues or configuration errors related to the mining pools.
- Earnings discrepancies or losses resulting from the mining pool’s performance, operational changes, or technical failures.
- Any other issues that arise as a result of mining on these pools.
GreenBit Technology does not guarantee the profitability of mining or the availability of specific mining pools. To see the mining pools we’ve pre-configured with the GreenBit app, please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
GreenBit Technology does not provide, or is affiliated with, any services related to the distribution of, or access to, cryptocurrency wallets. As a result, under no circumstances shall GreenBit Technology be held liable for any loss of funds, damages, or claims arising from the use of cryptocurrency wallets.
Any recommendations or endorsements of third-party wallet providers made by us are offered solely to assist in facilitating the user onboarding process. GreenBit Technology is not responsible for technical issues, compatibility problems, or any loss of funds associated with these, or any, cryptocurrency wallets.
Users acknowledge that they assume all risks associated with cryptocurrency mining pools and wallets.
